Overview

TThe Fantasy Clamshell Puzzle Box with Multi-sided Print features a beautiful girl with long, wavy hair, holding a pink flamingo in her hand with an evil queen behind her and a car with a mischievous expression sitting on top of the branch.

Also, present on the box is a deck of playing cards, featuring the queen of hearts and puzzle pieces. The entire scene looks something out of Alice in the Wonderland. Even the spine of the book shaped box features decorative elements. The colorful packaging box is truly something out of fantasy book.

Manufactured using greyboard material, the packaging box is durable and sturdy. You can open the box like a book and front cover will remain open. You can display on the counter or shelf by leaving the box open without worrying about the lid closing by itself. The packaging box also features blue, patterned sides, which are visible when the box is closed and open. Even the interior of the box and the front flap has a similar scene printed on it.

Manufacturing Process

Preparing the Interior

Specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes) is wrapped and glued to the interior of the chipboard. Any additional add-ons like magnets are added before applying the specialty paper to create a seamless finish.

Preparing the Exterior

After applying all interior finishes, the box is folded and formed to apply the exterior specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes). Finally, the specialty paper is trimmed to the size of the box and glued to the exterior of the chipboard.

Finishing Touches

Finishing touches are done to polish up any areas; for example, any excess specialty paper is folded into the box and glued for a seamless edge.
