As the company expanded into wholesale markets, it faced a challenge with showcasing its product in a way that allowed customers to see its full potential. 

After working with PakFactory, they found a solution that not only met their needs but also had the opportunity to increase their sell rates.

The Challenge

Well Designed Wood and Sons had a unique product that required a specific solution for showcasing their koozies in retail outlets. 

The company needed a countertop display that would allow customers to see the entire product, including the bottom. 

Our main problem has been getting customers to see the entirety at a glance. We needed to create a solution that would allow the customer to view the entire product. Since we are expanding our wholesale side of the business, we decided upon a countertop display for our retail outlets that will be carrying/currently carry our products–  Dustin Wexler, Partner/Craftsman at Well Designed Wood

While their product had a lot of visual stimuli, the real value came from the experience of holding a koozie in their hands. 

The company wanted to provide this experience to potential customers to increase their sell rates.

The Solution

After some research, Well Designed Wood and Sons decided on a countertop display from PakFactory. 

The display was designed to showcase two products at different angles, allowing customers to see all sides of the koozie. 

“We are very excited about the solution! Since the countertop display from PakFactory was created to display two products, it allows each to be in a different orientation so the customer can see all angles of them. In addition, the extra signage space gave us room to add the product name, branding, benefits of the product, pictures, and company information. The extra space on the display allowed the company to add branding, product names, benefits, and company information.

The display also provided an incentive for customers to pick up a koozie, increasing the chance of a sale.

The Result

Since the company only started using the countertop display about a month ago, it’s difficult for Well Designed Wood and Sons to measure its success just yet, but they believe it will make a significant impact on their sales.

The display not only allows customers to see the full potential of their product, but it also establishes a more professional brand narrative.

The extra space on the display gave the company an opportunity to showcase its branding, which is helping with brand recognition.

Custom made for every customer to ensure optimal relief, Gary Maas at Serena Sleep knew that they needed packaging that could match the quality and experience of their products. 

The Challenge

“Gary found the packaging made for Klowen Custom Braces was the quality he was looking for and wanted to create his own version for Serena Sleep” –  Ken Lo, Product Specialist at PakFactory

Gary reached out to PakFactory and started building a packaging strategy with Ken Lo to accommodate their products and deliver an exceptional experience.

However, the two products in question were slightly different in sizing making it challenging to package within the same box. 

The Solution

Ken Lo and Gary Maas worked together to determine the best solution for packaging two products that differ in size. 

Ultimately, Serena Sleep knew they wanted to package both products in a magnetic closure rigid box to complement the quality of their industry-leading product. 

With magnetic rigid boxes in mind, Ken Lo suggested PU foam inserts to hold both product sizes within one box for optimal support, protection, and product presentation. 

PU Foam inserts are incredibly shock absorbent and easily compressible for convenient storage, which was an optimal choice for Serena Sleep.

Gary decided to move forward with a sample of the final packaging design, including the foam box inserts to examine the quality and fit of the Serena Sleep products before moving forward with approval for a small run order production. 

The Result

Gary decided to start with a small run order to ensure their first launch was delivering the intended experience and quality. 

Serena Sleep was delighted to get positive feedback on their products and packaging allowing them to scale their product and ramp up their production order of the final packaging design. 

Since then Serena Sleep has gained a reputation for being an industry leader in sleep apnea relief products as they continue to develop and scale their brand.

Blind Barrels was founded by Bob DeMars who gathered whiskey novices and experts alike to create the ultimate whiskey tasting experience. 

This subscription box service showcases the best in hard-to-find-or-try craft distilleries and delivers a range of different flavors every quarter.

Whiskey holds the flavor of luxury, that’s why it was important to Bob to find packaging that truly reflected the entire tasting experience.  

The Challenge

Blind Barrels started their search for the perfect packaging supplier but quickly realized that finding the right fit was going to be a lengthy process. 

Bob and his team had a clear idea of what their vision of the perfect box would look like for Blind Barrels but found it extremely difficult to find a company that could accommodate their needs. 

We must have talked to over 20 vendors and we really thought some of the custom elements we wanted in our box would not be possible because these companies had told us such – Bob DeMar, Founder of Blind Barrels 

Bob DeMars was looking for a company that could create magnetic rigid boxes featuring gold foil stamping and custom foam inserts, but found they would likely have to utilize a variety of vendors in order to get the desired results.

This would have cost Blind Barrels plenty of costs and time. 

We had many other packaging vendors fall short in pricing, quality, and timeline. I even have good friends in this industry who couldn’t provide what we needed and ended up costing triple or more with a high MOQ when they quoted us” – Bob DeMars, Founder of Blind Barrels

Luckily PakFactory was able to bring Bob’s search to an end. 

The Solution

Once Bob reached out to PakFactory, he was able to work closely with a dedicated product specialist who took the time to get to know his product, vision, and brand identity. 

After ordering a few samples and making a few cosmetic changes to their packaging, Bob was extremely impressed with the quality, time efficiency and cost effectiveness of PakFactory’s solutions and services.

The final solution featured luxurious rigid boxes with a gold foil stamped Blind Barrels logo and custom foam inserts to hold each bottle in place within the box.

Rigid boxes arrive pre-assembled due to some of the manufacturing processes being done by hand. 

While corrugated boxes are an ideal solution for shipping, Blind barrels found that the assembly time for mailer boxes was sometimes a lengthy process.  

Blind Barrels decided to provide an additional layer of protection for shipping using mailers to ensure product and packaging integrity. 

“Corrugated boxes are a fine solution for many companies, but the time that goes into assembling them into mailable boxes can sometimes be an arduous step in the process. Since our boxes go into a mailer, having a box ready for our products to be inserted saves a myriad of hours when we are getting to ship our subscription boxes” – Bob DeMars, Founder of Blind Barrels. 

The Result

Since launching the packaging and whiskey subscription box service, Blind Barrels have received a rush of positive feedback about the packaging.

Zach Broome created Vitamin Bar to bridge a gap in the market for simple and organic nutrition bars. 

“The majority of bars on the market are trash and we became so frustrated by how much the food industry scams people into thinking they’re eating something healthy and in reality, they’re not at all.” Zach Broome, founder of Vitamin Bar

He discovered that 90% of the world’s population is vitamin and/or mineral deficient and that deficiencies are closely linked to a range of physical health issues.

That’s why he created the Vitamin Bar that is packed with vitamins, organic ingredients and supplements to enhance performance and health levels. 

The simple ingredients are carefully crafted to be delicious but still a nutritious addition to your day to day snacks. 

The Challenge

Zach Broome had put a lot of thought into the vitamin bar and perfected the formula. 

He knew he needed packaging to complement  the quality of the product and reached out to PakFactory to get the process started.

He was looking for packaging that would fit seamlessly into his supply chain and make a good first impression for his customers.

PakFactory’s product specialists Michelle and Giorgio worked with Zach to get a good idea of their brand and budget to bring his vision to life. 

With the artwork and branding design already in place, the main priority was to find packaging materials and structures that would protect and hold the vitamin bars as well as create a convenient packaging process in fulfillment. 

After some back and forth, and a few samples, the production process was on its way. 

However, during production, we ran into some logistics issues in the midst of unstable air freight costs and limited cargo space. 

The Solution

In an effort to bridge the gap between the unstable freight costs and Zach’s budget, Michelle and Zach worked together to figure out the best shipping routes. Ultimately, Zach decided to organize his own shipping to alleviate the issue.  

“Zach and I worked together to arrange shipment, since his order was out of his budget range to ship by Air. However, he decided to arrange shipping independently” Michelle, Product Specialist at PakFactory

Despite the small hiccup with shipping costs, Vitamin Bar’s packaging arrived in great condition and fit seamlessly into their supply chain. 

Zach also wanted the boxes to be durable enough to withstand any rough handling. 

The rigid box design was coated in a matte anti scratch lamination to ensure the artwork was protected and could withstand stocking, delivery and any other processes. 

To elevate the branding of Vitamin bar, Spot UV printing was added to the product logo to to create more depth to the design. 

The glossy finish of the spot uv on top of the matte finish of the anti scratch lamination brought the logo of Vitamin bar to the forefront for an impactful design feature.

Foil stamping was also added to smaller elements to tie the whole design together and create variety and depth. 

After the first shipment of Vitamin Bar’s boxes arrived, Zach was thrilled with the results and fit the boxes seamlessly into his supply chain for launch. 

The Result

Since launching their new packaging, Vitamin Bar received positive feedback from their customers and have been able to gain more recognition as a brand. 

Michelle and Zach continue to work together to come up with new designs and boxes to facilitate expanding product lines of Vitamin Bar.  

“After he received the first order, we started working together on the latest order.  There were 6 artworks, and Zach needed them quickly.  So we expedited the artwork approval process, sent him proofs that required a few updates, and we went straight to production” – Michelle, Product Specialist at PakFactory

Pharmakon Supernatural is a New York based company dedicated to the art of functional nature. 

The supernatural network includes a range of product lines including their herbal gummies HRBLS

They blend global herbalism with modern health science and unique, empowering approaches to reclaiming health. 

Founded by Rachelle Robinnett, Herbalist, educator, and life-long naturalist, Rachelle combines traditional medicine and current health insights to create innovative products and services. 

HRBLS features three unique formulas:

  • Everyday Endurance
  • Digestness
  • Nerve Less

Each product contains natural ingredients to support energy, brain health, digestion and stress relief.

There was no doubt that such a unique product needed eye-catching packaging to match. 

The Challenge

Rachelle reached out to PakFactory in March 2021 with a design in mind and in need of unique packaging solutions for her herbal gummies.

Michelle, a product specialist at PakFactory, was able to provide Rachelle with a range of packaging options to get a good idea of what exactly she wanted. 

After deciding on the structure, it was time to discuss design. 

Since Rachelle had already worked with a designer on the branding for HRBLS, the printing output became the focus of the design process. 

Michelle arranged for a high quality, offset printed sample featuring swatches of the HRBLS brand colors, so Rachelle and the designer could see how the printing affects the uncoated paper material they were hoping to use.

The Solution

Once the printing output was of satisfactory quality, Michelle arranged for samples of the final design to be evaluated. 

“In the sample stage we changed the box design quite a few times before we settled on a new design they liked. We did a sample after a lot of back and forth with their designer, and we had to do a few tweaks, but in the end, we found a structure that would fit their branding perfectly” – Michelle, Product Specialist at PakFactory

After working closely with Rachelle to find her ideal structural design, Michelle also worked closely with their designers to ensure the artwork placement could be accurately placed on the packaging dieline. 

The die cut placements required some tailoring in order to ensure the artwork was accurately represented on the packaging upon assembly.

After evaluation, Rachelle also found that the corners of the box weren’t staying in place when folded. 

“We came up with a solution and added double sided tape to the corners to hold them down” – Michelle, Product Specialist at PakFactory

The end result featured uncoated folding carton with a food safe coating on the interior to accommodate the herbal gummies. 

After a lot of  tweaks and team work, Rachelle and Michelle were ready to send HRBLS’ packaging to production. 

The Result

Upon receiving their first order, Rachelle and her team were very pleased with the results and found that their customers loved the packaging just as much as they did. 

The unique structural design paired with the eclectic and retro artwork accurately represented not only their product but their overall brand and resonated with their customers. 

Since launching HRBLS, Pharmakon Supernatural have experienced tremendous support and appreciation for their unique product.

The After Company provides grievers with something that is thoughtful, memorable and helpful. 

Lisa Patchem, the founder of The After Company, unfortunately suffered the sudden loss of her brother, Daniel, in 2014. 

“I was met by very loud silence and an array of flowers that I only envisioned dying and knew I  wanted to do something bigger. Something that would help people talk AND think about grief” – Lisa Patchem, Founder of The After Company

Lisa knew she needed to create something tailored, meaningful and thoughtful because grief is such a unique experience from person to person.

With the thought of illuminating the love and light that grief shares, Lisa launched a very unique candle line that provides aromatherapy benefits for those in grief. 

Each candle is tailored to different experiences and makes for a unique and thoughtful sympathy gift. 

With the wonderful mission to offer grievers with a sense of comfort, love and light, Lisa needed packaging that would protect her candles and provide a meaningful gift-like experience. 

The Challenge

Lisa reached out to PakFactory in March 2021 to discuss packaging styles for her unique candles and sympathy boxes. 

Lisa had a good idea of what her gift packaging should look like, and needed some help to bring her vision to life. 

Michelle, a product specialist at PakFactory, worked closely with Lisa to brainstorm styles, specifications and must-haves of her boxes. 

The priority was ensuring her candles were in good hands when being shipped as product integrity is important for delivering gifts to grievers.

Lisa was also looking to create 3 packaging styles with 9 different artwork design options in order to tailor the unboxing experience to her customer’s experience. 

With these two specifications in mind, Michelle was able to help Lisa find the exact style she was looking for, and her packaging visions started to spring to life.  

The Solution

Michelle and Lisa worked closely together to develop 3 different box styles for her candle line.

“We worked with Lisa to develop the structure she liked, and she liked the Shoulder Neck style, and we had to tweak the box insert a bit so it fit her candle nicely but still presented well.” – Michelle, PakFactory Product Specialist.

The two-piece shoulder neck style boxes were created to individually pack and hold her candles for a small thoughtful gift. 

Michelle and Lisa also developed magnetic rigid boxes and two piece rigid boxes featuring custom sleeves for her sympathy boxes. 

Initially running into minor issues with the size of the custom sleeves, Michelle was able to quickly adjust the sizing to ensure a secure fit. 

The Result

As briefly mentioned, Lisa had 9 versatile artwork designs in place, each providing a meaningful quote to comfort her grieving customers. 

Michelle was able to size all of her artwork designs to fit her custom sleeves, rigid magnetic boxes and shoulder neck boxes perfectly. 

Lisa started out with a few sample orders first to get her business started and gained a ton of recognition for her unique mission and meaningful unboxing experiences.

Semaine Health is a health and wellness company that aims to empower women by taking their pain more seriously. 

Lauren Lee-Crane and Catherine Lee, the co-founders of Semaine Health noticed that there was a lack of options available on the market to treat and alleviate period pains.

This inspired them to start Semaine Health which provides natural, plant-based products that have been carefully formulated, researched and tested thanks to their third co-founder Matt Crane.

Semaine Health launched their first product in 2019, establishing themselves as a start-up with a meaningful mission. 

The Challenge

With Semaine Health being a fresh eCommerce business, they knew it was vital for them to create distinguishable and reliable packaging to serve and empower their customers. 

Because of the eCommerce nature of their brand, the packaging is their first point of contact with customers, so it was important to get this right.

Lauren at Semaine Health reached out to PakFactory soon after the launch of their business with a need to craft high quality eCommerce packaging solutions for their products. 

Ken Lo, a product specialist at PakFactory, took time to get to know their brand as well as their missions and goals by working closely with Lauren at Semaine Health.

After several discussions it was concluded that they needed protective packaging in order to withstand long shipping journeys, while still providing an optimal surface for high quality printing so that they could communicate more effectively with their customers.

The Solution

Ken Lo started out by creating plain samples of corrugated mailer boxes for Semaine Health to rightsize with their products.

There was a lot of back and forth to get the sizing, structure and design just right. 

With the help of PakFactory’s design and logistics teams, Ken Lo was able to work closely with Semaine Health to iron out the details of everything from designs and samples to logistics and shipping of their final packaging solution.

With the final corrugated structural design and sizing in place, Lauren at Semaine Health quickly realized they needed a box insert to display and hold their products in place during shipping. 

Semaine Health went through a range of different artwork design variations before approving the final design with their box insert in mind. 

PakFactory provided a production grade sample before going ahead placing a small run order for their packaging supply.

The Result

Their small run got so much positive feedback with their new packaging and product launch, that Semaine Health placed a large order of their packaging supply in 2020.

Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate is a working cacao farm located in gorgeous West Maui, Hawaii. 

From farm to bar, Gunars Valkirs, the founder of Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate, is dedicated to crafting high-quality and sustainable chocolate in his Lahaina chocolate factory. 

“We are passionate about giving back to the local community and as a for-profit company, in conjunction with our Corporate Partners, we are privileged to use 100% of our net profits to benefit local Maui charities and non-profit community organizations”. 

Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate grew extremely quickly since their launch in 2016, and Gunars has worked hard to scale their business and provide a high quality experience while remaining as sustainable as possible. 

The Challenge

Packaging is often a source for pollution with a lot of wasted materials ending up in landfills. 

Because Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate aims to give back to their local communities, it was important that their packaging reflected their devotion to sustainability. 

They knew they needed packaging that was not only eco-friendly, but also a reflection of the quality of their brand and products. 

However, as a chocolate company it’s important to consider food safe solutions, which can be limiting in choice of packaging. 

Initially interested in paper based packaging for its recyclability and versatility, rigid boxes seemed like the obvious choice for this brand as it not only reflects a higher perceived value, but also promotes reusability. 

Maui Ku’ia Chocolate contacted PakFactory back in 2019 and worked closely with Karen, a product specialist, to brainstorm ideas for their ideal packaging solution. 

The Solution

As previously mentioned, Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate were initially very interested in rigid box solutions for their unique chocolate products. 

Although rigid boxes are durable, high quality and reusable, Maui Ku’ia Chocolate quickly ran into logistical problems when planning for rigid boxes with Karen at PakFactory. 

Rigid boxes have a longer production time due to being handcrafted and shipping would have taken a longer time as they are shipped pre assembled. 

With this in mind, Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate established a newfound interest in tin packaging solutions to accommodate their unique chocolates. 

Tin packaging is extremely durable, high quality and can be reused over a very long period of time, with the potential of a refill service down the line. 

Karen at PakFactory and Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate worked closely and discussed the size, shape, edges and color of their tin boxes in depth in order to come up with their ideal tin box. 

Karen was able to establish a strong relationship with Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate and came to understand their brand in depth, allowing her to offer optimal support and guidance for their packaging journey. 

After many months of discussion, tweaks and improvements, Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate’s first sample order was placed in March 2021 and their first production order came in soon after in July 2021. 

The Result

Because Karen and Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate had worked closely together over a few months, there were very minimal changes made after their sample order came in. 

Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate were impressed with the quality and durability of the box and how effortlessly it showcased their branding. 

They were so sure of their packaging solution after working with their sample in person, that they had already placed their second order before their first order even arrived in August 2021. 

The tin packaging perfectly showcases the quality and uniqueness of their products while providing a high end unboxing experience for their customers. 

The tin packaging can be reused time and time again beyond just housing their delicious chocolate. 

Tin solutions like this are popularly used by consumers as home decor or to store small items like jewelry. 

It’s also extremely protective, easy to store, stack and restock, allowing for a strong shelf presence and easy distribution.

Because these tin boxes are already shipped pre-assembled, Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate has benefited from a smoother and time efficient supply chain process, allowing them to focus more of their brand efforts into giving back to the community and enhancing sustainability efforts. 

All in all, Maui Ku’ia Chocolate was able to really think outside of the box and opted for non-traditional chocolate packaging solutions to house their products.

Drop Supplements started getting recognition for this unique product and Elaina quickly realized she needed to start thinking about how she was going to scale this family business.

Initially, Drop Supplements was using bubble wrap as their primary packaging solution. 

However, they noticed that this packaging strategy was not strong enough, leaving them with damaged products and an unattractive brand presence.

Beyond their brand presence, processing took a significant amount of time with their previous packaging solution, leaving customers with long shipping times and the potential of damaged products. 

“Prior to having these boxes, we were using bubble wrap that was not as strong or attractive and took a much longer time to process for shipping”

Elaina knew she needed to scale the packaging strategy to provide a strong brand presence and ensure product integrity. 

However, custom packaging solutions seemed unattainable for a small family run business like Drop Supplements. 

Regardless, Elaina was determined to find a packaging supplier that could serve their purpose, budget and branding.

The Solution

Elaina came across PakFactory and was immediately intrigued by our services and products.

Because Drop Supplements is a small family run business using all natural ingredients, it was important to Elaina to optimize their packaging process for more efficiency while reflecting the quality of their brand. 

Drop Supplement and PakFactory worked closely together to find the perfect packaging solution for their supplement dropper bottles. 

Together, we determined that folding carton, tuck end boxes would be the perfect fit for their products. 

Tuck end boxes are shipped flat and easily stored for assembly and provide enough support to hold products with a little more weight.

The folding carton material was a must for their products as it is eco-friendly, recyclable and provides an optimal surface for high quality printing.

However, our logistics team was able to alleviate any challenges by providing optimized solutions for shipping to ensure their order arrived on time for their launch.

The Result

Drop Supplement operates in both ecommerce and retail, making the packaging their customer’s first interaction with their products. 

It was important to have a strong shelf presence, while still providing adequate support to their products that were being shipped to customers.

The design differentiates their products by pops of color added to their brand logo, allowing for an eye catching experience that reflects Drop Supplements’ brand personality.

Sonhab makes thoughtfully sourced bean to bar chocolate, handmade by two passionate people in limited release small batches. 

Kristen Blue, the founder of Sonhab chocolate, focuses on wellness through cacao, chocolate making, meditation, and pure ingredients with the help of her partner in life and business partner, Cody. 

This unique chocolate brand spends a week just on the labor of turning raw cocoa beans into their beautifully hand crafted chocolate bars. 

With a significant focus on the sustainable nature of hand crafted products, Sonhab works with thoughtful importers and provides detailed information about the farms that the bars originate from.

Their chocolate bars also include “adaptogenic herbs in some of the chocolates in order to provide additional benefits, reduce inflammation, and help customers relax”.

Such a unique chocolate bar surely needed packaging that complemented its beauty. 

The Challenge

Sonhab Chocolate is a small company that initially handmade, hand cut and printed their packaging in-house for their unique chocolate bars.

“It was very painful and made it impossible to scale. While it looked good, it didn’t convey the messaging we wanted it to, such as information about how our cacao beans are sourced and how they were grown.”

Kristen and Cody knew their packaging was an important asset to their branding and product but quickly discovered that it was hindering them from boosting sales due to a lack of time efficiency. 

“Hand cutting, printing individually, and hand wrapping – 100 bars took us over 11.5 hours in just labor and time spent wrapping – as a cost exercise if an average wage is $15 an hour, that’s $165 in just labor costs to wrap bars, that doesn’t even include the cost of the wrappers, printing ink, the week-long production process for chocolate, or the thoughtfully sourced ingredients we use”.

They decided their packaging needed to be streamlined in order for them to focus on scaling their business. 

Sonhab Chocolate spent a year developing their branding ideas and experimenting with different packaging types to figure out what exactly their product needed. 

While they had a good idea of what they wanted, the big challenge was finding the right packaging company to work with that would meet quality, budget and time expectations. 

The Solution

“We spent a month calling tons of packaging companies, learning about packaging and printing techniques, and scoping out costs. We called super expensive factories, chatted with suppliers on Alibaba, and eventually found PakFactory”. 

Kristen had actually worked with Nick Steinhardt, a designer, prior to contacting Ken Lo, a product specialist at PakFactory in order to have a clear idea of the design and expectations for production.  

This provided Ken Lo with the capability to produce 3D renderings of Sonhab’s desired packaging solutions and work closely with Kristen to refine details and ensure the best quality results possible. 

“After you work with your designer, you are then dependent on a factory executing in expert detail to provide results. This is risky – you could run into printing issues, delays, hidden costs, and sloppy work. This is where Ken Lo from PakFactory played such a critical role. She advocated for me throughout the process, paid attention to all of the fine details, and kept me updated on the progress”. 

Ken Lo ensured the measurements of their packaging were accurate and provided different paper and printing options for Kristen to consider.

Kristen and Cody spent a great deal of time learning all about printing, materials and finishes throughout their own packaging process, making it an extremely efficient design process for Ken Lo. 

PakFactory saved Sonhab Chocolate from spending extra on reprints by paying close attention to the design and catching errors before production. 

Sonhab Chocolate’s final design features an envelope style box with a latch for locking and sealing the product without the use of any adhesive. 

This style of box saves a ton of time in the packaging process and leaves enough room for extra promotional inserts and information for customers to enjoy. 

It was important for Kristen to continue offering that handcrafted feel by leaving enough room on the artwork design to hand write notes and information. 

The kraft paper material offered an optimal surface for printing and writing, while still being sustainable and authentic. 

The Result

Since introducing the new packaging to their supply chain and market, Sonhab chocolate has seen immense growth for their business. 

Kristen and Cody were able to pursue wholesale, which was a huge game changer in boosting their sales and reach. 

“As soon as we posted our new packaging, we had stores following up asking to stock us. We have a list of shops right now on our waiting list”.

With the handcrafted nature of their products, time is money and finding a way to reduce labor-intensive processes was critical to the survival of their business.  

While Kristen still chooses to handwrite on their new and improved packaging, “it is much faster for us to put together which saves us so much time and results in cost saving as well.”

With new opportunities for Sonhab Chocolate, followes handful of new challenges. 

Since their new packaging was such a big hit in the wholesale market, it still takes about a week to produce their chocolate from bean to bar.

Sonhab is having trouble meeting the influx of demand for their brand. 

More and more stores are looking to stock their product and Kristen is currently working on scaling up their machinery and acquiring more space for production to meet this new increase in demand. 

Their new packaging has offered them the opportunity to grow and scale as a business, while still remaining authentic to the origins of their brand.
