Light Blue Magnetic Hair Box

Overview

To create increased exposure for products, keep them in the Light Blue Magnetic Hair Wig Box. The rectangular and elongated box is a beautiful combination of two colors, blue and white. The magnetic lid is white with a blue border going around the sides of the box while the inside of the box, including the inner flap of the lid, is blue.

The exterior of the box has black and red lettering as does the side. The box is a good choice for sellers to store their product due to its attention-grabbing aesthetics. You can display one box with its lid open to show customers the beautiful, blue interior of the box.

The lid has a magnetic lock. When closed, it tightly secures the product inside. Even if you drop the box on the floor accidentally, chances of the box opening and the items falling out are less. Use the box to place wigs and non-fragile items. You can display the box upright or flat on its base, depending on your choice of display.

Manufacturing Process

Preparing the Interior

Specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes) is wrapped and glued to the interior of the chipboard. Any additional add-ons like magnets are added before applying the specialty paper to create a seamless finish.

Preparing the Exterior

After applying all interior finishes, the box is folded and formed to apply the exterior specialty paper (with or without custom print & finishes). Finally, the specialty paper is trimmed to the size of the box and glued to the exterior of the chipboard.

Finishing Touches

Finishing touches are done to polish up any areas; for example, any excess specialty paper is folded into the box and glued for a seamless edge.
